Grade 1001 HP

Description of Product:
Grade 1001-HP Induction Iron's Grade 1001-HP is an Ultra Low Carbon (typically less than .003 % C) and low Aluminum and Titanium (typically less than .003 % Al and .001 % Ti). It is best used in Vacuum Melting applications, especially in the Aerospace and Specialty Alloy sectors. Grade 1001-HP standard size is 3"x3"x 10" billet but can also be cut to any size specification the customer desires. The chemistry is heat certified and all material is shot blasted.
